Sulayman Gibba is an accomplished professional in the field of technology, dedicated to leveraging technology and innovation for community betterment and empowering the next generation of technology leaders. With extensive experience and a passion for positive impact, Sulayman has emerged as a driving force in digital empowerment.
Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Information Technology at the Center for Global Development in Washington,  Sulayman plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations of the organization's IT infrastructure.  Prior to his role at the Center for Global Development, Sulayman served as the Technical Director for MindSight Mentors for eight remarkable years. During his tenure, he oversaw all technical aspects, ensuring the efficient functioning of systems. Sulayman's dedication allowed mentors and mentees to collaborate effectively, facilitating the sharing of wisdom and experiences.
Sulayman's journey with MindSight Mentors began as a student, and today he wants to take his learnings forward and create technology leaders for a better tomorrow. 
Beyond his work at MindSight Mentors and the Center for Global Development, Sulayman actively engages in freelance work and volunteering. He collaborates with Gambian mentorship organizations in Seattle, contributing to portal design and updates, and creating platforms for mentor-mentee collaboration. Sulayman's passion for empowering others through technology led him to assist in setting up the Foundation for Digital Economy in Africa, with a specific focus on The Gambia. Through this initiative, Sulayman brings his vision to enable and empower future technology leaders, fostering digital empowerment and economic growth in Africa.
